Ok, newb....question
I am still stuck with two survey missions, in one of them I am sure that I didnt get the stuff far enough from Mos Espa, but on the second I ran more than required 1024m...
I still cant see from the datapad how much of the resource I need ( how many units --- is that the 'efficiency' ). I think I might have collected enough, but how do I close the mission?

You don't need to collect any resource. All you need to do is find a concentration bigger than the number required.

Doh! Ive colloected stuff.... how do I know the number required? where is that on the datapad?

This stumped me for a while also.
Clues: The resource needs to be above 70%
The mission is only interested in the Class of the product, not the actual ore.
The distance from the Artisan Terminal is > 1024 meters
All you need to complete -is a successful survey.
Suggestion:
Start out 1024 meters from the terminal
Survey for Mineral, Gas, Chemical record every item > 70%.
Return to the terminal and Accept 2 Missions for the items that you have >70%, done.

It doesn't necessarily have to be 70%, it depends on the mission, although I believe 70% is the highest you need.
