I have tried and tried to get simple things like repair tools up to the 80's and 90's and i cant get over 70. I am a master art and I use all my experiment points but it still doent go higher. any suggestions?

I think you have to becume like a talior to make your clouthing repair tolls better and a armorsmith to make your your weapon repair kits up in the 80% and 90%

As far as I know, having the elite professions does nothing to improve your repair tools.

If you are using all your experimentation points, but are still only getting kits in the 70s or so, then it sounds more like the base quality of the resource you are using is holding you back.

Mine are all 99plus, using very high conductivity copper.... I would suggest looking for something similar yourself, since its only conductivity that counts on the repair tools.
