Quick question, what drops the schem for this item and what does this item do?

I believe it is a reward during the Jabba Themepark. (that is where I got it)

Yeah, I got one from the Jabba themepark, too.

It's some sort of crafter's apron (Architect or something) and the actual profession that can use the apron isn't revealed until the schematic is used by a Tailor. That's always been what I've heard of it. Haven't used mine, yet. I haven't found a Tailor to give it to

And I definitely want a couple out of the schem.

There are 4 it can be (and yes you wont know till a tailor reads it) architect, chef, tailor, medical.

typically they give +5 to assembly and +5 to experimentation. you can read more about it in the tailor forums
