Thread: A few quick questions......
1. I have created a few schemeatics for people on request, what is th reason for limiting the run, i.e. it gives the option for production runs between 1-1000?
2. I have just bought a droid with a crafting station in it, does it matter the quality of the station and if so how can i check?
3. How do i obtain Droid Storage modules for creating Vehicle customisation kits amd also is it worth experimenting on them, what do i get, more uses?

Wow, a few quick but pertinent questions, you certanly go straight to the heart fo the matter don't you. OK here goes.
1. As far as I can tell, no real reason for lilmiting runs, I produce all my schematics for 1000, and just put in as many resources as I need. What this does allow you to do, is to do multiple runs. for example, I only need 100 items, so I produce a schematic for 1000, and put enough resources in for 100. When the run finishes I can retrieve the schematic and use it again and again until all 1000 have been used up. If you do limit it to 100 straight off, it means you need to create a schematic each time you want to do a run. Remember though, the schematic refers to resources and crated items by serial number, so you HAVE to use those items in the factory or else the schematic won't work.
2. Droid Crafting modules have a default rating of 0. This cannot be improved in any way. This means a droid crafting station adds no bonus to assembly or experimentation. However, they are mobile and can be used anywhere. The bonus on a private station and crafting tools, give a reduction in the chance of critical failures, and better chances of good experimention results. Crafting Tools have ratings up to 15, and stations up to 45 (I believe).
3. Droid Storage modules can be made by a Droid Engineer. Experimentation doesn't affect the number of charges as far as I have been able to tell, they all default to 8. Storage Modules are also used by Architects as well, but you need a friendly DE to make them for you. as a DE I tend to do a factory run of 1000 and keep them around to seel in crates of 25 to friends and the odd customer if they ask.
