Thread: More Lots?

Hello,
I am a struggling Novice Armoursmith/Novice Pikeman. I made a deal with someone in my city to use 6 of my lots for Radioactive harvestors, but now i need lots to place harvestors to gather resources for my Armoursmithing, i cant even generate my Yacht (Jump to lightspeed expansion gift) cause i dont have any open lots. Is there any skill level or anything i can do to open more lots?
please help.

No there isnt its a matter of management really. You could do a server lot trade. You could ask your guild members out and to drop harvesters for you in a place that they wont need to moved much.

I would say your first recourse should be to speak with the person in your city who is currently taking up six of your lots. I don't know what kind of deal you made with them, but I hope you are being well compensated for those lots. To me, because I mine all of my own resources, my lots are one of my most valuable assets. If someone asks me to do a couple of factory runs for them and wants me to put up a second factory to expediate the process I'll do it, but I explain to them that they will have to pay me extra to compensate me for the loss of production on that additional lot.
Bottom line, unless this is a really good friend or someone you owe a hugefavor, I would recommend that you ensure that you're getting your money's worth for allowing this person to use your lots. At the very least I would talk to them and get at a few, if not all, of your lots freed up so that you can make use of them. They are, after all, your lots.

Thank you guys a lot for the advice.
it was actually a guy ina Guild that i was hoping on one day joining. they helped me out with a bunch of resources to grind Armousmith. plus, the lots were used for Radioactive harvesters, and i was getting about 100k units a week off of them as my share so i could sell them for cash. seemed like a good deal actually, its just that now that im almost master Armoursmith, i need some freed up to gather my own resources. so again, thank you a lot for the answers and advice.
