Thread: Corrupt Item? In-game customer notified me.

I am wondering if anyone else has run into a problem with corrupt items sold to customers. I am on the Bria server and one of my customers emailed my Artisan character Oro Avan about a message he got when using one of my Melee PowerUps that I craft.
Here is his email to me:
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN????

I've never seen this message before. That powerup was one that I created a short while ago. I've got newer ones with different style of writing. I just hope none of my other customers are having problems with my vendors. I just got the factory bug and now this.
Anyway, if you know of this problem or what it means, please let me know. Thanks everyone!

its a rare bug that kepes cropping up fomr time too itme, it usualyl only affects the last item in a crate its totally random and ive never seen a work around ive had tihs happen once myslef on a crate of bio effect controllers and a guildmate of mien had it happen with some brandy a few months later all you cna do is destroy the crate for th einv space sadly as as far as i knwo ther no way to make th eitem usuable again
now for the good news bit
other items form th esmae factory run will still work evne if still crated so its not affecting everything with that serial number, when it happend to me i was able to use another crate of bio efects ofmr the same run jsut fine to craft.

We had a couple days on bloodfin a month or two ago where all of our vendors were broken. And this was the result. I had over 100 crates of powerups do this. Open a CSR ticket and it should be replaced or at least get the money refunded to your customer

I've been hit by this a few times. I've found if you split 1 crate off, the rest are still good.
