33% point blank
16% speed
6% max dmg
4% wound
all on one powerup. Is that very good, or not as great as I think?

Most of my powerup buyers look for max damage first and speed powerups second. A point blank modifier is nice but mostly they just want damage

It's actually pretty rare to get even a third stat unless you are using some insanly high resources and have a really lucky experimentation roll and/or have a high experimentation skill. Some people have better luck with getting 3 stats then I do, but I'm a WS Moncal with no artisanexp CA's.

Most of mine are 3- and 4-stat power-ups, although it does take quite a few tries to get them in desirable configurations.
My top sellers for ranged are 33% MaxDmg, 16% MinDmg, 8%Max Range;and for melee 33% Mind Cost Reduction, 16% MinDmg, 8% MaxDmg, 6% Wound Chance. I've never gotten more than a 2-stat power-upfor thrown weapons.
All my materials are over 990 OQ.
I don't know if this is experimentation superstition, but I always experiment only one point at a time. Both numbers will usually climb for two or three tries, then one number will stop increasing. Often if I jump 2 at this point, I'll get a third stat between the lower and higher number. I don't know why or if I could get exactly the same result by experimenting all points at once.
If this is total superstition, I welcome an education. Once something seems to work, I tend not to question it too much.

Why would min damage by the 2nd stat? I always thought max damage was most sought after...

The 1 point experimentation thing works. Now that im doing it that way I get the triples a lot more often.

Typically people will prefer to have a max damage stat that is higher. However, bear in mind the following:
- Because power-up stats are random it is nearly impossible to get a power-up with the exact stats that you might like to see.
- Many people seek out a high minimum damage stat because many weapons (ie. laser rifle) will have a nice maximum damage that is accompied by a comparatively low minimum damage.
- Since maximum damage is always a higher number (duh) it is okay for the bonus to be smaller because (depending on the numbers) the bonus to maximum damage can still begreater even though the multiplier is smaller. For instance, a weapon with a damage range of 150-350, when used with the above power-up, will get a bonus of24 to minimum damage and 28 to maximum damage.

The trick to get really good powerups is being a 12 or 13 point artisan and having a critical failure on 1 experimentation point. It gets all funky and cool after that

I got some 33% Min damage ranged Powerups today. Made a schmatic for 700 of them before I thought about it. It also had a 16% speed on it. I've never seen 33% min damage ranged powerups though.
