I learned the buissness row of artisian, so how do i get my vendor to appear on the ctrl+m map?

To register a vendor (makes it show up on the overhead and planetary maps) requires learning Advertising 3 in the Merchant profession.

Save 18 skill pts to get nov merchant and then get advertisement 3 and then use the option on vendor to advertise on planet
