I knowthere's a ton of resource questions and answerson the forum, but I'm a newb and can't find my answer still yet. So that being said, here's a question for you wiser ones.
When you find a particular resource on a planet and sample it, are those stats for that resource sample going to be the same on the entire planet orwill different locations on the same planet spawn different stats?
(i.e. Is a sample of fruit outside Theed on Naboo going to have same stats as fruit found outside Kaadar on Naboo?)
Also does anyone know what the time interval is between the different resource spawns?

Yes, the resource stats arethe same for the entire planet. Additionally, for materials such as minerals and chemicals that can spawn on multiple planets at once, as long as the resource has the exact same name it is the same resource regardless of what planet you mine it from.
Resource spawn timers are somewhat random. For inorganics the timer usually runs anywhere from 7-14 days. Organics usually tend to last a bit longer and can run up as high as 21 days. I've heard rumors of organics lasting as long as a month, but I've never witnessed one that's lasted that long.

usefull site for checking planets resources on your server especially if you can cant be bothered to travel to all
Also a good tip if you arent in a survey mood is when you are travelling on your vehicle and happen to bump into a field of harvs,jump of and survey and find what has the highest density is there and then sample
eg Mineral tool with a field of heavy harvs
You will then find whats the "IN" resource to have
