I madea ranged pup.
Got max and min dmg.
I was in a Research city.
But the primary stat (max) Only went to 33.16%.
This is good but i wasnt impressed considering i used 1000OQ iron and 996OQ Chemical (yes the stats i just wrote are correct lol)
id accpect it to be at least around 34 as the cap is 35.
Any ideas?

Been using 999OQ copper & 991 Lube oil for a while now in a research city & still get those same percantages ( even after 2 Amazing successes in a row ) so I think there is a cap before using 1000 OQ on both materials

I have been making powerups since day 1. I now use only 1000 OQ minerals and 1000 OQ chemicals. I live in a research city, use top quality +44 crafting stations, +15 tools, have the FS crafting trees of experimentation and assembly, and I take bespin port to enhance my amazing successes. Fact is I make powerups with all 10 pts going amazings (and still have 2 pts left over).
The best stat you can get on a ranged or melee powerup are 33.16% in the first slot and 16.33% in the second slot. A max on a 3rd stat would be 8.4% from what I have seen. Sometimes you can also nail a 4th stat at around 6.5% and a 5th stat at say 4.8%. So, ideally that would be a 33.16%/16.33%/8.4%/6.5%/4.8%. The 4th and 5th stats are tough to get with anything worthwhile. 3 stat powerups are pretty common....with either 8.4 or 7.25% in the 3rd slot.
Of course all this is going to change when the CU hits and the new powerups become PowerUpPowerDowns! They also shafted us long termers who have millions invested in 1000 OQ materials (since other stats will now be needed for powerups).
