Hi, I seem to be having a hard time finding the schematic number from my datapad. From what I remember it was counting from the upper left to the right until you get to the item your looking for. This is for my macro /selectDraftSchematic ##; but now it dosent seem to work that way anymore. Would anyone know how to get this to work?

Thanks

first check if your interface in options. look if you have auto sort datapad content checked. if it are, unchecked it.

then restart.

after that, start macro and look what items it shows. then count from that and you have the number.

f.eks. you set up macro with schematic 1

and the item it shows are 10 itemsbefore the one you need., beware only to count what the tool can make, bot all the rest and not the stuff that need an stations nearby either. then change the macro to 11. then you should get you correct item up.

Counting doesn't really work in my opinion.

The best way is to open up your crafting tool and then type /selectDraftSchematic XX into your chat box and hit enter. It will show you what schematic XX is.

Then if this isn't the one you want, hit back on your crafting tool and then hit Ctrl-up arrow to redisplay the last line typed and then you change the number and try again.

Just counting doesn't work since it changes everytime you get new schematics every level and the schematic number will change based on if a crafting droid or public station is nearby.

I've tried all the methods and this is by far the best way.
