is there only a certain class that can be used or can any class of radioactive matirial be used to power harvesters?

thanks

The benefit of mining radioactive for power is that you can get more power per unit than just a 1 to 1 ratio (wind and solar are 1 to 1).

You can use any class of radioactive for power, but anything over 4 (i think) tends to have a higher Potential Energy (PE).

The higher the PE is, the more power per unityou get. At 1000 PE, I think you get a 2 to 1 ratio of power to radioactive unit. So, you dig up 100 units of 1000 PE radioactive, and when you go to put it into your harvester, you'll have 200 units of power to insert. It effectively increases the power you can use dramatically. If you can dig up high PE radioactive, do it.

I think any PE over 500 gives you more power per unit. If the PE is 500 or less, even just 1 PE, you'll get a 1 to 1 ratio for power. In other words, you'll never get less power out of radioactive than the number of units you have - below 500 PE is always a 1 to 1 ratio.
