Thread: locating valuable spawns and another newb crafter ?

Is there a website my wife and I can go to find specific resources. I notice alot of the crafting calls for metal with high conductive, and we just dont know alot about the spawns of resources to know where to find these.
and
I am alittle confused about what the numbers are next to the item in the description of the crafting tools. Is this effectiveness? Or what? Also, some numbers are positive, some are negative, what kind of number am I looking for.

SWGCraft.Com is a good sight for finding quality resources, if yourserver is updated frequently. Basically people survey/sample and submit the stats for
resources. As many have said, it's only as good as the people who support it, so if you use it, you may want to help supplying stats for items you find 
As for the numbers by crafting tools, yes they are effectivness. The highest on crafting tools is 15.00. It has been said that if you use a high quality (high effectivness) crafting tool, along with a high quality crafting station you will find you succeed more on combines. As for which you want to look for, positive is better
