What are the best possible stats you can get on a heavy mineral miner?
I just acquired a Self power kit (sold my original one) and figured it should go on the best I can get.
Thanks in advance

Yeah, I was mainly thinking about BER in relation to hopper size. Is the hopper size variable for a BER13 or fixed?
thanks

Variable. I think it is one of the few reasons for having 12point architects, so they can get bigger hopper sizes.

There was also 1 infamous day where crafters could make incredible items. There were some BER15 harvs that were crafted on that day. But you probably won't find any for sale.

Just an FYI, when you redeed the harv you get the power kit back, so you can use it on what you placed and not worry about it.
