so a few days ago i finnaly reached master artisan. (woot) But im wondering about a few things, for one i have not seen an experimentaion screen yet, or an option to experiment. and where do i get the schematics for the land speeders? do i have to buy them or do i have to maker them myself?

In order to experiment, you will need to be using a crafting tool other than the Generic Crafting Tool AND standing near a PRIVATE crafting station/droid (not the public ones in the NPC cities). At that time you will be able to see many more schematics, including the vehicle ones.

You can experiment by the public crafting stations up to complexity level 25 schematics. Above that level requires the private crafting stations. As a master artisan you have the schematics for the vehicles, except for the av-21 or the barc speeder. But you will need to be by a public crafting station to make swoops. If you are unsure about having a schematic, or want to check its complexity level, you can always use control-D, and then the schematics tab. That will show you everything you can make, irregardless of whether you are holding the right tool or by a crafting station.
