Dear SWG's,
Does anyone know if there is a way to make a description of an item, cut it, and paste it to the (Sellers Description of Item) box. I have tried to use the Macro's but have had no success. I like to let everyone know what I make my food with, and how I prepare it.
My hands are getting worn out by all the typing I am doing. Not to mention how much time is involved in typing out how I prepare and make the food and drinks.
If anyone has any ideas... Plz let me know!
Thx.

You need to go into your options and bind some keys to cut/copy/paste.
I believe they're under "UI" and they're called: Chat Edit Cut, Chat Edit Copy, Chat Edit Paste
Then use your /notepad to store your description in-game if you want to use it again later.

*Copying & Pasteing
Open your Options menu
Go to the Control tab
Select Keymap (bottom on left),
Select Chat tab
Go to the Control tab

Select Chat tab
Find and select "Chat Edit Copy"
Rebind {select Rebind, press button(s) you would like command mapped to}
Apply

If given a message that this may interfere with another command,
either continue and then Rebind the overwritten command,
or choose a new binding for current choices.

You can now copy from any 'active' text in game and paste into emails, chat, /note, macros.
This is attached to your Windows Clipboard, so you can also copy text out side of the game,
then paste it while playing, or copy it into your 'notes'
{which is found in your login profile folder contained in the SWG directory} and access ingame via /note.

I knew I should have waited just a little longer for Ani to show up.

Another helpful thing is the in-game notepad, '/notepad' will acess this. I do not know how much you can store here, but I have a couple of different description blurbs that I use and not having to retype everytime I log on isa big help.

Thank you. I'd spam about 1000 more of them, but people probably wouldn't appreciate it. So, Thank You * 1000.
