How do you make thos colorfull messages and signs? I mean as a tell or a shout, as well as a sign in front of your house...
How do you place that sign in front of the house, not above the door - but like big triangle in front?

type the following:
\# and then the color code, then message
COLOR CODES ARE AS FOLLOWS and those are zeros not "O")
\#99FF00 LT GREEN
\#FF0000 RED
\#00FF00 GREEN
\#0000FF BLUE
\#C0C0C0 GREY
\#000000 BLACK
\#FFFF00 YELLOW
\#9933FF PURPLE
So an example while setting a house, harvester, or even waypoint name now is this
\#00FF00 HHFbacca is DA Wookiee!
then end result would be:
HHFbacca is DA Wookiee!

AFAIK, they nerfed the old \#FF0000 thingy, but maybe it still works. I unno.
As far as your question about the triangular signs goes - Pick up Merchant, level up the tree furthest left and you get:
+1 Vendor
+1 Sign
