Thread: Armor/Weapon Repair Tools 100% possible?

Wondering if it's possible with the latest patch to obtain 100% repair tools. Mine using 997 copper + Artisan buff + 2 amazings = 99.9999% Am I missing something besides .0001?


Crafting tools are 14.99. Argghh. I know I'm missing something and is it possible to hit the max these days?
