The NDA has not been lifted. JustG's diary mentioned they planned on lifting the NDA, but they have not as of yet.

Well, since I haven't signed any NDA and have been able to log into space beta and I even trained as a ShipWright, it seems like the basic resources for ships are Steel, Aluminum, Low Grade Ore and Inert Petrochem. I haven't looked too much at the weapons, but they seem to be metals and gases...

Plus, and I dont think this will be breaking the NDA, there are a bunch of new resources being introduced (so people cant stockpile everything they need before the add-on goes live) that are used to craft ships and components, particularly the higher end components.

There's a reason they put the resources out 1 week before launch.

Well for us basic Master Artisans we get the Starship Crafting Tool ( Not to be confused with the Startship Crafting Station...a domain of the Architects. )
It basically as before with our other crafting tools takes High Conductivity Minerals and then some Inorganics ( I'm using some Inert petro with 990 oq...haven't seen anything better. )

Thats fine. I dont have to stockpile everything.
I just want to harvest and then sell them.

Save your high quality inert petro chemical! The only thing that matters in the effectiveness rating of any crafting tool is the conductivity of the metal you use! For the chemical component of the crafting tools you can use any old trash that you have lying around and you'll get the same result.
