Thread: Survey missions borked?

Ok, I'm on Naboo, in Kaadara (Valcyn server), and all the survey missions start on Tatooine? What's up? Is this a bug introduced with the new "Publish"? Anyone else seeing any strange happenings? Or am I just 1)Crazy or B)Not understanding something?

The survey missions really don't have a "start point". You just have to find the named resource in the specified concentration anywhere in the galaxy, provided it's at least 1k from the terminal/NPC you got the mission from. It doesn't have to be on the same planet you got the mission.
Actually, I just went and checked one out, I don't see anything it that specifies a planet. Or did you get one for a resource like "Tatooinian water vapor"?

It's not doing it today at all. Must have been just a localized thing last night. Every survey mission last night on the terminal had a starting point of Tatooine. It was strange, as most of them say "Unspecified Planet" or the like. I refreshed the terminal dozens of times, even closed the interface and came back half an hour later, they all still said Tatooine.
Seems back to normal today though. Maybe just a little hiccup that went away with the restart this morning, who knows....

That might be a bork with the implementation of the new JTL patches. Definitly bug that. Survey missions shouldbe for the planet you're on, especially at a lower level.
