This may be the entirely wrong place to ask this question, but I'm curious, and haven't been able to find this info yet:

After using the new resource recyclers (yeah, let's pretend they're easy to get) what happens to the stats? Are they averaged out? Have a set number?

Anyone know?

Thanks--

A set number. You put in a stack of specific resources, and get out a generic stack of the same size, and 200 in all stats.

They're not really that useful for items that depend on resource quality, but can be handy to consolidate different resource stacks to be used in stat-less items like clothing, furniture, houses, or some subcomponents.

Also useful for making an "as needed" schematic. Why run 40 crates of a part when you can run 5 at a time made using the generic resource, and not worry about keeping the exact correct resource aside for the schematic.
