Thread: Spinner Blades, Agitator Motor Schematics, and Small Motors. Do they really exist?

I've been hunting all the mobs I've read here to hunt. I've got more red wire, cheap batteries, processor attachments, stretched hides schematics, radio schematics, and street lamp schematics than I care to think about.
I have *yet* to see a spinner blade or an agitator motor schematic, nor have I found any blue wire, or small motors needed for the recyclers. I think I would settle for a screenshot just so I know what I'm looking for, as it seems Chimaera mobs do not drop these things.

Agitator motor schematic is exceedingly rare. After 5 days of hunting Caynon Corsair random spawns I looted one agitator motor schematic.
The blue wire drops fairly well from the guys on Talus. I found that the respawn rate at the POI is high enough that you can usually find what you're looking for by just hanging out at the POI and killing them as they spawn in.
The small motors surprises me honestly. After days of killing Canyon Corsairs I've accumulated about 25 of those. I've actually just started selling them on the bazaar for 6k a piece because they're not in high enough demand to sell on my galaxy's trade forum.
The one piece that I have yet to see is the metal recycler schematic. That's the one that I'mstarting to doubt the existence of.

kill the right NPCs and get the right loot.. that's all this particualr game is about...
I pulled 3 metal recyclers in about an hour ... from wild canyon corsair captains... drove right past a spawn without one... then killed the 3 when i found one (waited for respawns). Pretty much the same thing with all the other items, although I couldn't tell you which of the specific ones it was for all the items off the top of my head.
All the items do exists in game.... I've made all the recyclers but the floral and I'm just another Feed Tube away from that. Most were looted myself, a few items (one of the agitators, a few spare blue wire) I got from trades. But they're all in there.

Don't forget luck. I too have been hunting the wily and elusive random spawnedCanyon Corsair captains, but days of killing them has netted me exactly 0 metal recycler schematics. *Sigh* I've got everything else I need to make the stupid thing, but I'm missing that all important schematic. I'm sure I'll loot one... someday.

I've hunted Binyare for long periods over several days without getting a single blue wire, and spent the better part of an entire weekend in the Kobola cave on Rori without seeing an ore recycler schematic.
I hunted Corsairs with a guildmate and were never got an agitator motor or small motor.
Obviously I've followed the loot tables and haven't seen any spinner blades. I guess I'll keep trying.

Yes, all these things really exist. Furthermore, I have a Smelting Machine (aka mineral recycler) to prove it. It just took me some patience and quality time on Talus to achieve my goals.

I've been killing Corsairs, but still no luck.
When I finally get a set of harvesters I think I'm going to set the up in a guildhall and have it look like a shrine

I'm there with you on the whole shrine thing.
I think some people have misunderstood me in this thread... I don't actually doubt that any of these things exist. A friend of mine has successfully constructed every single one of the new recyclers so I know that they do exist. My doubts are sarcasm as a result of my extreme frustration that I just can't seem to loot a stupid schematic. I've finally given up on looting one myself and I'm trying to find someone who's selling one now... but even at a million credits offer I haven't gotten any takers yet. If i don't have any success tonight I'm going to up the ante a bit.

I have a guildmate that's a ranger/rifles going to Lok to find corsairs and corsair captains mentioned in this thread. I hope she can pull an agitator motor schematic and a small motor I've managed to collect a lot of pulverizers, enough heating elements for the one recycler, red wire, processor attachments and batteries galore.
Just need a few items and the metal recycler schematic and we'll have a full set of them in the guild hall.
Of course I suspect once we have a full set of recyclers the loot to make them (including the schematics) will drop do often we'll be stacking them like cord wood.
