Artisan Archive

I have a Scope, muzzle, grip and other range weapon add ons. Im new to this game and being an artisan and Im not too sure what Im supposed to do with these new items I can make. Any help?

Add them to a weapon by dragging them onto it, sell them cheap on the bazaar, or destroy them.
