I found this out just last night! You can harvest and craft at the same time! So you donot have to wait to craft while you rest. Sorry if that has been said before.

I just figured this out also...however, it seems that, let's say I'm harvesting Eloo, and I'm also using Eloo to craft with, that when I sample while in the middle of crafting, the sample doesn't make it to my inventory.

I haven't confirmed this...it's just a suspicion based on what I *think* I was seeing.

Hmm thanks for the info! I didnt try that as I wasnt doing that! Good to know though! I'll try that tonight.

your samples will always make it to you inventory

I was sampling aluminum and crafting pistols one night...


i ran out of fiberplast before i ran out of aluminum and i started out with the same amount of each

for those of you who don't know
pistol = 18 aluminum and i think 4-6 fiberplast (correct me if i'm wrong)

Sometimes us old timers forget to share simple helpful things like this we learned in beta. Here’s another tip. Crafting with multiply tools helps you level a lot faster. I always craft with two tools at once while leveling.

yeah when I craft I do both, Normally I might have a low amount of a material and empty it out of my inventory and just wait till i sample more and it shows in the inventory. Then I drag all that into the slot and wait for more. repeat till slot is full then assemble it
