Just got a quick question -

I was under the impression that I should get the ability to create harvester deeds at Eng. level III (it tells me that in the description when I click on Engineering III). However, the only deed I can create is for a wind generator. Is there a requirement I'm not reaching or does the deed only become active at level 4?

You also need a Structure and Furniture Crafting tool. You'll also be better off if you make it by a Structure crafting station. The mineral extractor has a higher complexity rating than the Wind Generator. Higher complexity items require specialized tools. Even higher ones require public crafting stations.
