Artisan Archive

I attempted 4 differnet surveying missions, and even though I was able to find the materials, they were never successful. I though Efficiency-51 meant you needed to find 51 units to complete, but after finding twice that still no luck. I also went back to the miner and talked, but he told me to come back after Ive completed my current mission. Any help or suggestions?

Survey missions do not work period. Just abort them... They know they are broken but they prefer to keep us from getting samples/resources first before fixing things that are broken.
