Just curious as to when Artisans can make Harvesters.............

Wind harverster, personal mineral extractor and flora harvester come at Eng III. Others hit at Eng IV

Eng 3 for the first ones, Eng IV for the rest of the artisan level harvesters. The better ones are architect items.
