Thread: How do I use an armor repair kit?

Hi I got a personal shield generator but I need to repair it, it's down to half of its durability, I got an armor repair kit but it keeps saying that nothing needs repairs. How can I repair my personal shield generator? do I have to wait till its durability is zero or something?

then I guess personal sheild generators cant be repaired.
buy a new one.

Before you do that, one quick question. Did you unequip the shield generator before you tried to repair it? If you have an item equipped, the repair tools will not recognize it.

personal shield generators use clothing repair kits for some reason unbeknownst to me
