This morning was trying to make some power up schematics, I have some 988 OQ mineral and 998 OQ chem, got a new 34+ crafting station and a 13+ crafting kit, all set to make the best power ups ever, and bam, I can only experiment up to 9% increases. Has anyone else had this problem with power ups today? My old record with 9 experimentation points was 31.5% max damage/14.8% min damage on the same power up. I am pretty frustrated atm, any help is great appreciated.
