My Lot Management Excel Spreadsheet has been updated quite a bit. It is still available in a 10 lot and a 50 lot version.

Features:

  • Track daily costs
  • View power and resources gathered
  • Basic resource shift tracking
  • Organized maintenance schedule
  • Realtime harvester pool amounts
  • Calculator for resource sales
  • Various costs per unit calculations
  • Flexible data table
  • Works with OpenOffice 1.1 RC3 (Free download from http://www.openoffice.org/)

Notes for v1.4:

  • Noticed a possible issue/bug with the Current Credits column on the Maintenance Schedule - ongoing
  • Added a rough tracking mechanism for resource shifts on the Maintenance Schedule
  • Changed Power per Unit to Total per Unit cost on the Lot Setup
  • Major work on handling re-deed fees
  • Lots of clean up to have fewer errors
  • Added Current Resources to the Maint' Schedule
  • Cleaned up a lot of DIV/0 errors
  • Fixed the lookup table for House-Small (1 lot)
  • Houses now work better on the Maint' Schedule
  • Cleaned up some column formats

This tool looks great. Thanks for all your hard work!

I am having a problem. When I change a harvester to a generator, the output is not being recognized. Do Ineed to create a new worksheet for each "set" of harvesters I drop? Am I doing something wrong?

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

I'm not 100% sure I follow. When you change a harvester to a generator, the worksheet should recalculate things for you. Remember that any text that is colored blue, you have to supply and/or change. I'll be watching here to try to help as best I can.
