Do you human artisans still max at 12 points with +15 bonus?

w/o any skill tapes for experimentationhumans only get 11 points

with +5 in skill tapes a human would get 12 points.

And since a human could have +25 worth of artisan experimentation skill tapes, they could theoretically get 100 (master artisan) + 15 (racial bonus) + 25 (tapes)= 140, so 14 experimentation points.

Of course, since most artisan items you can only experiment in a single category, and you can max that with 10 or 11 points anyway, I don't see much use for this. Although you could make some really high-damage, low-special cost CDEF weapons...
