I own a PA Hall, and a small house that probably dissolved since I didn't pay maintenance for 2 months. Can I place any more structures? Thanks.

You can see how many free lots you have on the character sheet (ctl-c).

PA Hall uses 8 of your 10 Slots from memory, Small or Medium House Uses 2 Slots, Large house uses 6 Slots.

If the house is gone, then you can place another house or a couple of harvestors or a factory etc.

I am a novice artisan on Corbantis. I am nearly a master and about to start with architect and armorsmith. Lately I have been mining a lot of resources to make ends meet, and I know i will do a lot of mining when I reach architect. My question is how do you trade, access, or otherwise deal with lots. I know that you can trade them, and that I will need some more, but i can't even figure out how to trade them. Also, do only artisans get lots in the beginning or do the other professions get them as well. Thanks for any help.

Everyone gets 10 lots, not just artisans. As far as trading lots, it's not really trading per se. How it works is someone places a building (most often harvesters) on one (or more) of their lots and gives you admin rights. Often, the person placing the building on their lot is paid 'rent' by the person using the lot but this could vary depending on whatever deal you make with the person whose lot you're using.

Lately, there's been an upsurge in cross server lot trading. This works in a similar fashion but on a larger scale. For example, aplayer will create a character on your server and place harvesters on all 10 of their available lots and you do the same on their server. The advantage to this is obvious--you get 10 extra lots. The disadvantage, however, is that in most circumstances, wherever the harvesters are placed is where they'll stay since most people participating in this kind of trade will rarely play on your server.

In all cases, you are expected to pay any maintenance necessary for the upkeep of the buildings.

How many does each person have and how many slots does each of these take up. Small house, Medium, and Large?
