OK this is a idea to help out artisans. Have them be able to optimize harvesters similar to slicing but far less efective (10%) and temporary oinly lasts till the harvester is up rooted.
This makes sense as someone without proper knowledge would probably not set up a harvester right and lose efficency. The artisan comes along and for a fee will correct the mistakes,
You would have two types of optimization
Extraction and efficency
