I reached Engineering III last night and wanted to craft/create a deed for a personal mineral extractor and a micro flora farm but I can't see them. The only deed I see to create is a Wind Generator. What am I doing wrong, am I missing a device to create them?

You need to make yourself a furniture/structure crafting tool, you're probably using the normal, generic crafting tool you started with.

YOu should make yourself all the specialized tools you use, and if you plan on using any of your products, stand near the public crafting station so you can experiment as well.

You need to make a structure and furniture crafing device and use it while next to a public furniture, structure craftine station. When you are not next to a station, the only schematic you will access is for the wind generator.
