Can somebody else check this out and let me know what you find?

When doing the Artisan Missions - I get to my first NPC and get the schematic, and the components. I load up the general crafting tool, and put the components in.. now.. if for whatever reason, I need to hit the ESC key during the crafting process, I lose the components that are already loaded into the hopper. This leaves me with a schematic to complete the mission, but its pretty useless, since i dont believe i can remake the components.. *shrug*..

Does this work with other schematics too? or just the Artisan Mission types..

BTW - I haven't submitted a bug report on this issue yet... I'm posting here to see if anybody else has had this happen..

i think that if you quit the crafting window with ressources or in your case components in slots, they are destroyed.

I had something similar happen. I didn't realize my inventory was almost full, and when I talked to the NPC that gave me the components one of them didn't fit, and it just dissapeared. I freed up some space and talk to him again, but no dice.

Anyway, you don't have to hit ESC. If you change cursor mode (ALT key by default, although you should remap it to the middle mouse button or something equally handy) the crafting window will only be "minimized", it will be out of the way but you won't lose anything.
