I'm trying to put down a personal harvester 1765m outside Kor Vella, Corellia. I get the message "Building is not permitted here". Why? Am I still too close to the city? What are the rules for placing structures and what might cause me to get that message?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kor Vellas "no build" zone is much larger than any other city I've visited. It can be worth the run though, I started out mining at Kor, and found some really nice spots, and very little competition for space there.

As for the reason, who knows? Maybe they have some environmental nut jobs working on the planning commission there...
