Artisan Archive

Has anyone experienced where these don't work? I have 4 food/chemical machines when I open one I only see my backpack and a crate of powerups. If I turn off the filter I see everything in my inventory but when I go to load the ingredients into my slots they won't go. I have tried logging, rebooting and numerous other thingys but nothing works. I am not having this problem with my clothing machines. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks
