Thread: What do you sell crates of weapon powerups for?
I charge 5k a crate... I make em mostly for my guild and then sell left overs... if they sell great if not they will get used... I and generally sell a crate or two a day... Better than the Droids i try and push ![]()

You just have to tell people how great these are and advertise them as good, useful items.
I used to sell mine at 4K per crate and they moved, but not as fast as I wanted them to.
About a week to 10 days ago I pulled all of my stock and relisted them all at 2500 per crate. Since then I sell anywhere from 10 to 40 crates per day. Many of my customers purchase 4 to 6 crates at a time.
In addition, I pop a few crates and list them as singles at 350 credits each - that way there is a significant price break on the per unit price for someone buying in bulk.
i sell for 4-4.5k
but i have seen some go for 5k and 6k as well as 2k-2.5k
al 30%ish max dmg.
Yes, I know it varies from server to server, but I'm curious. I'm selling some at 3k for 10 +33% max damage, +16% min damage. Now I'm seeing other artisans selling for half as much. (1500). Am I really overcharging that much, or is that guy undercutting everyone to the point of being a weenie?

My (dwindling, I'm shifting emphasis to droids) powerups vendor carries only 33%/16% powerups, in various configurations. All are available at 3500 per crate, and 375 per individual.
I've noticed a distinct slowdown in sales over the past weeks, but I'm actually OK with that, because I am really pushing my droids now instead. Droid sales have been steady enough that I make a decent profit while still being able to grind a bit.
slimmloveborn, what server are you on?
please tell me Tarquinas
I think 2500 is becoming the sweet spot for power-ups. I move quite a few at this price. When we can select the power-up attributes (if), I suspect the prices will come down again. At this point, the resources needed are trivial, its the frustration of prototyping over and over and over to get the min/max damage, speed/damage combos that people actually want.
