Hmmm... now there's an interesting question. Off the top of my head, I'd do something like grab a Wound medpack from a medic and then drop the fish into that if you can get it to the right height. The medpack looks like those big oversized red-filled capsules that you see around the medic trainers in town. Talk to a medic drirectly and ask him to rename it, just so that you get the right title over it when you drop it in your house.

You need a staircase in the building.
Most people use box-like furniture or chests to make a base, use 4 wooden/metal staffs (lances) for the 4 corners and the put another box or chest at the top. The result is sort of a container (with no glass panel or anything.)
You then get a lot of fish and place then at different heights by riding them off the stairs and rotating them, etc.

Yeah, you can make a sweet terranium as well with the same sort of technique. Make a waterfall out or metal chais, surround the chairs with blocks, get some trees and small bushes, and even 3 torches behind the waterfall to give off a mist effect. Quite cool to say the least.
