I have just perfected my macro, and have it running, I even heal myself every now and again in it, but is there a way to get more XP? Am I doing something wrong or is this line just that slow?

I imagine you are doing it as well as possible if you have worked out a good macro with heals and everything. I got all four survey levels in the first day before I even knew about macros or anything. Just make sure you are using the maximum range on your tools and that you are at the highest concentration you can find.

(By the way, the other guy was just trying to be helpful. It was a little rude to go off on him like that.)

No, he was being a smartass trying to get me wounded by surveying radio's.

Does the range of tool and concentration of resource your on matter? I haven't seen much of a difference after an hour or so of surveying.

been surveying most of the day...been buffed, and it goes so slow...

30 ish a tick.....

I'm currently grinding through artisan, and this is what I do. I set up a camp on a good concentration, then I sample while I craft. When I'm crafting, I'm just sitting there anyway. I figure I might as well kill two birds with one stone.
