I did finish a survey mission. It was given to me out in the wilderness though. Not sure if that made a difference. I did it no problem. However,I have done others that didn't work AFTER I did the one that did. So who knows?

I have been able to finish them now that they give you a little message that says "Survey Too close." If you get this message while at the appropriate concentration, then you have to find a concentration farther away. I had to go off planet to succeed, and receive a whopping 350 credits.

So in my opinion, they are still broke because the reward is insufficient.

i belevie that the misson are still broken because i got to the WP but the resouce was on in the list for sevey
