Thread: How much is a good price to sale for a deed?

I have Auctioned one (started really low priced), and end up sell for 600 some CR, but deed are probably worth 1000+ CR huh?

I sell for 900cr
A good price is the price that gets the deed bought in 1-2 days on the bazaar. Look at your bazaar, look at all the deeds that have been there for days, cheaper than that. Look at the deeds that are there for less than a day more than that.

Personal Harvestors of all types used to be going from about 1500 to 2K apeiceawhile ago, but they seemed to have mostly sank to the price of 1K as far as I've seen where I've frequented on Tarquinas. I've always been able to make my own, and have not really made many for sale. Though I did sell 1 for 1800 once.
1K seems a decent price since most Artisans can make them and that breaks down to about 4cr per resource which is around the norm for buying resources on the Bazaar.
