question2 i have read about macros but i tried one myself but it does not seem to work for sruveying, please help me out with my problem
my macro string /sample;/pause 480;/sit;/pause 240;/ stand;/sample
my charcter will stand back up after sitting but no resample.

Well, i believe anything over 25% is samplable, but the higher the better is what it comes down to, what i do is i survey and then move to the area with the highest and survey again, and repeat until i find the maxium and sample there.
