Okay, so I've finally got harvesters up and running, and I was wondering. People keep mentioning about plopping down Wind Generators by your mineral harvesters, for instance.

Now, is this just to save time taking the wind energy out and putting it in the harvesters, or does the power have a "area effect" where it automatically goes into a nearby harvester in it's effect area?

The latter would be nifty, but the former sounds more likely to me.

No you still have to move it yourself, but its less of a walk :-)
