Anyone seems to experiencing this problem. After a long day of surveying / sampling around, it seems that the automatic waypoint stop moving. So I have to relay on the map and the percentage pointer to move to the location. The waypoint just point to the same location no matter how low or how high the concetration. I even try to destroy the waypoint and that didn't work either. Have to exit the game and come back in for it to reset

Until they fix it, I have found that you can still so some limited surveying. Keep the window open for a time until you can see what direction you are travelling in. The numbers on the display are still correct. It's a pain but I find it easier than a restart, especially since it happens so often.

Yep. At some point, you can't create any new waypoints. Well, they are created, but you just can't see them (they show up when you logout and back in). Either log out, or if you're comfortable with your safety, run with the survey window open. You can set auto-run, guide yourself to the high percent, and even hit the survey button to update the survey while running. Kind of hard to pay attention to your radar at the same time though.
