Perhaps Jasarina can get this added to her weekly report? Perhaps Artisans who have been tracking these numbers and how and where they come from can respond? UXP is confusing enough without wondering just how it does work. Or not. The thread link below is from the SWG Discussion and addresses facts and conjectures on UXP.

There isn't anyone who can confirm just how UXP is working, or not, at this time?

Without crunching numbers, just from idle observation: Last night -I had sold a few things I'd made the day before. I checked my numbers from last logout to login. They had not changed. After being online for several hours, without crafting nor selling anything else, I did notice a small increase in both general and tailor xps.

Even if UXP will not accrue while you are offline, or the player using your item is off-planet, I do wish we had a UXP category so we could keep track of it like we can our other xps.

I get UXP (mostly from surveying devices, I presume). Even when I'm offline. I sometimes write down my Crafting-XP before I logout. But it seems to me that I get more UXP when I'm online.
