I made abuffa treatand after I saw it in my backpack, Ilogged for the night. When I came back next day, the item was not in my inventory, and when I try to use my food/chem crafting tool, I get a message aboutmaking sure I have space in my inventory and then get the item out of the crafting tool'soutput hopper.

Problem is at no time did my inventory exceeded 40 items, so I am at a loss as to what went wrong. At this point, I like to get the item out of the output hopper, because the crafting tool is +14.85 rating and I would hate to loose it.

Has anyone else seen this? And can some one tell me how toget the item out of the crafting tool output hopper?

Not sure why it didn't appear in your inventory, unless you've got a satchel or other such thing (or unworn backback) that contains items, but the way to get it out is:

Place your cursor onto the crafting tool in question, click and hold, pull up to the crafting radial choice, and select the subchoice to remove the item from the hopper. This is also how you access (with a different selection) the input hopper of a private crafting station.
