I have one thats 24. Fusion crafting is currently bugged, I don't believe it can get above 13. May be a bug, but for once a bug is nice/

After talking to architects about getting a new fusion to match my old one which is BER 23 i have been told BER 13 is all they can get atm.

Glad i have the old one though.

The devs tried to balance power generators because they thought fusions with 24 extraction rate was too much. Currently 14 is the max for fusions and 8 is the max for solars. Interestingly, wind generators also have a max of 8 and now require just as much maintenance as solars. Wind generators, however, take up much less space and can fit in more place, so that's what I use. I heard someone recently say wind generators can go up to 9, but I haven't been able to do it with the best resources and exp. points left over.

wind generators can go up to 9...I had some made just the other day

You have to reach 89% experimentation or higher. With a max BER of 9, each 11% experimentation gives you an extra BER.
