I have found that after so long of sampling, that whatever resource I am gathering disappears from my survey tool. Does anyone know whats going on with that? Is it supposed to happen or what?

This is a resource shift... they happen once a week or sometimes a little more or less often.

Yup... when resources shift they are completely gone right away... it's not very logical

Two days ago I found a 93% lode of Duraktarkonsis (Polymer) on Starsider/Corellia. Today I went back with my harvester and survey device and when I re-surveyed, I didn't even get the option to survey for Duraktarkonsis. I have heard about resource shifting and resources being used up but is it really that fast? From reading swgcraft.com I believe this is a rather new resource. I have sent a ticket to SOE but due to their holiday staffing it may be awhile before I get an answer. Does anybody have a clue as to what happened to the resource?

resources can move that fast i have had to move a harv 3 times in 2 days before now.
