I got a critical success on an AV-21, and it turned out to be 100%, where the others I made on the same day (using the best resources on my server) were 97%. But somehow, someone on my server is able to regularly crank out 99% AV-21's. I assume he just has a better crafting station than the one I was using though, since I had perfect everything else. I thought I was using the best crafting station, but I must not have been. I'm amazed that this other guy can get 99% AV-21's regularly, when the best I could get was 97% (other than the 1 100% that came out).

Other than that - everything I did was perfect, as far as I know: best resources on the server, +15.00 tool, master artisan with a +25 experimentation suit, force sensitive master crafter (all 4 force sensitive crafting trees), with an ent buff, in a research city, on the best crafting food and drink on my server, with what I thought was a great crafting station. But I guess there must have been a better station somewhere, as this guy was able to do better than me on average.

Congrats on the 99%, btw. It's always nice to be pleasantly surprised like that. You sure it wasn't something like the crafting station though? Based on my experience, it seems that it makes a huge difference.

i just crank out 98% with my resources which is good enough for me

Well I am 14 point, but not FS at all. I used a 15 crafting tool, and a 44 station. Entertainer buff, in a research city, but no food.

Having said that, I have made 10 av-21's in the past 2 days and had 2 crit fails on first experiment so there was no recovery from it.

I made my 99% without my suite, food, buff and only using my droid
i guess I can consider myself lucky
